生活型

形態特徵

  • Glabrous shrubs to 80 cm tall; stems terete.
  • Leaves short-petiolate, narrowly lanceolate, 6–10 cm long, 1–1.5 cm wide, apex acuminate, base cuneate, margins subsinuate.
  • Spikes 3–12 cm long, interrupted, terminal or axillary, often in a leafy panicle; bracts small, linear, deciduous; bracteoles none; calyx up to 5 mm long, deeply 5-partite, segments linear, subequal; corolla white, 1.2–1.5 cm long, limb bilabiate,upper lip triangular, violet-blotched, lower lip cuneate-obovate, with short, rounded lobes, basally violet dotted; filaments 3–6 mm long, glabrous; ovary glaucous; style ca. 1 cm long, glabrous, stigma very shortly 2-lobed.
  • Capsule to 1.2 cm long, clavate.

分布

  • 台灣 : widespread throughout island, perhaps introduced long ago.
  • 世界 : India to southern China, Malaysia, the Philippines and Java.
